Culture
Despite
the wide scope of functions fulfilled by our staff members, we maintain a unified and distinctive corporate
culture within the Group. We place a high value on social fairness during all phases of corporate and

Leadership
In

Recruitment
In
the staff recruiting process, particular attention is paid to polyvalent deployability, individual development
potentials and mobility. In view of increasing occupational demands, preference is given to applicants
possessing a wide range of professional expertise.
